Yes, Health Caring Solutions LTD is registered with the Care Inspectorate in Scotland and our registration number is CS2022000349
Yes, our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Outside of these hours our office team operates an emergency on-call service for use by the existing service users and care workers only and we are reachable on the emergency mobile number.
The minimum visit time we provide is an hour, and we can provide care packages to suit your needs for up to 24 hrs a day.
Yes, we provide care 365 days a year, 24 hours a day
Absolutely our care workers are willing to support service users at night, either for a waking duty where they stay up with the service user or they can sleep in a separate room and be available for you to call upon if needed.
Our care workers all undertake a course in safe medication administration and will be able support you with your medications needs.
The simplest way to solve this is to have a Key-safe fitted to the outside of your property. Your care workers can then be told the combination code and will be able to let themselves in.
